MODEL VT VIBRATORY TABLES

MODEL VT, BEST'S most popular and most versatile bench model vibrating compaction table. In the lab and factory, these units are used to vibrate and settle powdered products in all types of moulds. Other applications include the elimination of air bubbles and inclusions in candy, liquid plastics, ceramic, refractory and concrete mixes. The high frequency action provides a stronger and a denser final product. Electronic components can be fatigue tested to insure quality control.

Four heavy gauge steel deck sizes from 9" × 12" to 24" square are offered in both air and electric models. Air-operated units employ quiet operating, air-cushioned, piston vibrators. Electric units incorporate BEST'S quiet rotary electric motor vibrator with adjustable eccentric weights to vary force output.

Air units are remotely variable by adjusting input pressure. One remote variable speed electric unit 115/1/60 power input is offered in the 18" square deck size only. Power input for all fixed speed electric units is offered in 115/1/60 as standard and 230/460V, 3p., 60c. as an option.

Special high frequency VT tables with "R" model air rotary or air-operated model "BV" ball vibrator units can be furnished for ultra-high frequency requirements. Testing of your product is available. Consult factory for details.

Standard controls for air-operated units consist of an (FRL) Lubro Control, solenoid valve and 5' hose with fittings. Electric units furnished with capacitor control for operation on 115/1/60. 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle units also available-consult factory.
